  • We do not collect or store protected health information (PHI) through this website. All therapy sessions are conducted on Headway and Grow, which are HIPAA-compliant platforms.

5. Client-Therapist Relationship

6.  Mandated Reporting Notice 

  •  As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts, I am a mandated reporter. This means that while your privacy and confidentiality are very important to me, there are specific situations in which I am legally required to disclose information without your consent. These situations include suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elder, or person with a disability; situations in which there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to yourself; or when there is a serious and imminent threat of harm to another person. In such cases, I may be required to contact appropriate authorities, such as the Department of Children and Families, Adult Protective Services, medical professionals, or law enforcement, in order to ensure safety.
    Outside of these legally mandated exceptions, your information will remain confidential in accordance with state and federal law.
